LET YOUR THOUGHTS MELT AWAY

FEEL YOURSELF RELAX
BECOMING MORE CENTERED
ALWAYS RETURN TO STILLNESS
THIS WILL HELP KEEP YOU ENERGIZED

MAKE TIME FOR SILENT CONTEMPLATION
CREATING SPACE FOR REPLENISHMENT
ALLOWING YOU TO BECOME ATTUNED
TO THE NEEDS OF THE SPIRIT AND BODY
